Obedience Births Opportunity

The Pregnant Moment: How Obedience Births Opportunity

There was a day I almost didn’t show up.

No cameras, no agenda — just a quiet nudge that said, go help.

That “yes” became what I now call a pregnant moment — a moment carrying potential far greater than what it looks like.

I didn’t realize it then, but that single act of obedience led to my first six-figure consulting contract.

Not because I chased opportunity, but because I answered a need.

Every time you show up, you’re using a gift you didn’t give yourself.

That gift is divine. It’s meant to serve God’s people through you.

How you manage that moment — how you honor the tug to show up — determines what happens next.

Fear will whisper:

“What if I mess up?”

“What if I look foolish?”

“What if I’m not ready?”

But faith says:

“What if this is the moment God’s been waiting on?”

Imagine watching someone fall, but instead of catching them, you hesitate because you don’t want your shirt to lift up.

That’s what happens when we let fear stop us from serving — people fall while we worry about appearances.

So, show up.

Show up even when it’s inconvenient.

Show up even when you’re unsure.

Show up because obedience opens doors that strategy can’t.

Every pregnant moment is a test of stewardship.

And when you pass it, heaven starts multiplying your yes.

🕎 Because obedience is the seed, and opportunity is always the harvest.
