Decision vs. Recognition Rooms: Where Wisdom Builds Wealth

One of the things I’ve been learning as I build my own kingdom — in business, in life, in faith — is how much it matters to know what room I’m in.
There are Decision Rooms — spaces where the future is shaped. The conversations are sharp, the stakes are high, and the voices around the table will ripple out into policies, profits, and people’s lives.
And then there are Recognition Rooms — the spaces where my name gets mentioned even when I’m not there. Where someone says, “You need to talk to Dr. Sakira for that,” or “She’s the one who has the answer.”
Both rooms matter. But here’s the truth: I can’t play both roles at once. In some seasons, I need to step into the Regal Queen archetype to hold my place in the Decision Room. In others, I need to live as the Magnetic Muse, creating influence and impact so my name continues to travel into Recognition Rooms I may never physically enter.
As I’ve studied Solomon, I’ve realized this is the same principle he walked in:
Consult to contemporaries → who you let advise you in your Decision Rooms.
Communicate to crowds → the clarity of your voice that earns recognition beyond your presence.
Create continuity cashflows → turning wisdom into wealth that outlives the moment.
And I believe this: the first key to any of these rooms is seeking the kingdom of heaven — starting with clarity on God’s Word. Clarity leads to wisdom. And wisdom leads to wealth.
My question for you: are you clear on which room you’re in today, and who you need to be in order to steward that space well?
I’m building out something new — Solomon Councils — a space where we no longer just take classes, but seek wisdom together, so we can build continuity and cashflows that last.
Until then, you can begin practicing this discernment in your own leadership. And if you want a starting place, download the D.R.E.A.M. Rooms App and see where you are strong, and where you need to grow.
Because when you know the room you’re in — and when you show up with wisdom — the wealth will follow.
I’m Dr. Sakira Jackson — Business Psychologist, CEO Whisperer, and builder of Kingdom-aligned leaders. My mission is to help women CEOs and executives lead with clarity, confidence, and conviction — weaving psychology, strategy, and Solomon’s principles so they can build businesses that multiply both influence and income.
Whether you start by stepping into the Power of the D.R.E.S.S. Workshop, unlocking your archetype in the Feminine Code App, or taking the free assessment in the D.R.E.A.M. Rooms App — each is a doorway into a bigger journey.
Because after the entry point comes the deeper work: the Psychology of Profit framework, the Intentional CEO and Pivot to Profit programs, and my upcoming Solomon Councils, where wisdom becomes continuity and wisdom produces wealth.
Wherever you are in your leadership journey, there is a room, a framework, and a community designed to grow you. Start where you are, but don’t stop — because the real work is building a life and a business you don’t need a vacation from.
